Legs, Back, & Knees Tight On The Bike Drill

Mx specific fitness move of the week. This drill will strengthen your back for all the pushing and pulling and turning of the handlebars you do on the motocross bike. It will also strengthen the legs which are used a lot in motocross when rowing back and forth on the bike, going from standing to seated, and just all around while racing and riding in the standing attack position. There is also a little bonus in this drill to help train your legs and mind to remember to grip the bike with your knees for better control.
